Job Description: **REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Reports to the Mission Control Center Supervisor. Coordinates with the ServiceNow โ Oversight
team as well as other ServiceNow stakeholders.
**POSITION SUMMARY**
Responsible for the management and upkeep of the ServiceNow platform. Completes upgrades,
implementations, and customizations to the platform as necessary while following ServiceNow
best practices to maintain the integrity of the platform. Takes part in weekly Change and Problem
Management processes/meetings as needed.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
\\*All duties listed below are essential unless noted otherwise\\*
1\\. Align ServiceNow platform capabilities to business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap.
2\\. Develop, test, and implement new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
3\\. Assist with ServiceNow upgrades, determining actions for skipped changes, and create/run
tests.
4\\. Application integrations using APIs, web services, scripts, transform maps, etc.
5\\. Assists end users by informing/educating them on proper use of ServiceNow.
6\\. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system
configurations, workflows, and customizations.
7\\. Takes part in on call rotation for 24/7 coverage.
8\\. Attends regular customer and team department meetings as scheduled.
9\\. Maintains current knowledge of ServiceNow products/best practices.
10\\. Other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements:** **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education**: High School Diploma
**Skills**: General familiarity with ServiceNow platform, JavaScript familiarity. Familiarity with general
relational database concepts. Knowledge of system analysis, design, and support in addition to
various network, communication, and system platforms. Task management and problem\\-solving
skills expected. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with
management, co\\-workers, and stakeholders. Must be able to understand directions, communicate
and respond to inquires; requires effective self\\-motivation and interpersonal skills. Must be able to
input and retrieve information from computer.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education**: Experience in information technology or related field.
**Skills**: Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/GlideScript. Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL/ITOM processes
and best practices, particularly with Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog,
and the overall administration of these modules. Familiarity with CMDB and CSDM. Experience
with Workflow Editor, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and App Engine Studio.

Salary Range: $37,440 \\- $102,856
